Data we process and why

• Enquiries and bookings: name, phone, email and service details you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email, to answer your enquiry or provide the requested service.
• Drivers and collaborators (private area): name, surname, company, phone, email, vehicle, model, licence plate, services performed and financial data of their activity, to manage the professional relationship, assign services, settle payments and send service notices.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Service notices are sent by email.

Retention

We keep data for as long as the relationship lasts and as long as necessary afterwards. Contact data with no further relationship is deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@onlyclass.es.
